-   SEASONAL RECOMMENDATIONS  -

MOJITO
  • 2 oz. 

  • Six Saints 750ml Rum

  • 1/2 oz. 

  • lime juice (squeezed fresh)

  • 1 tsp. 

  • superfine sugar

  • mint leaves

  • club soda or seltzer

In a smallish Collins glass, muddle lime juice with 1/2 to 1 tsp. superfine sugar.

 

Add the mint leaves, mushing them against the side of the glass.

 

Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice and pour in the rum.

 

Pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top off with club soda or seltzer.

SANGRIA
  • 1 bottle of Honoro Vera Grenache

  • 1 cup  E&J VSOP brandy, Six Saints rum or Magdala sweet orange liqueur

  • Sliced fruit

  • Sugar, to taste

  • Ice

In a pitcher, stir in one bottle of red wine, one cup of brandy, rum or orange liqueur and sliced fruit along with a few teaspoons of sugar if you like it sweet.

Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.

 

Add two cups of cold sparkling soda and ice and serve.
